Before you write
Five things that get you a real answer.
A vague inquiry gets a vague quote. Include these five and we can usually come back with a formula direction and an indicative price in the first reply.
Product type
What you want made, and the size or format if you know it — for example a 50 ml barrier repair cream in a jar.
Formula status
Your own formula, a reference product you want matched, or a concept only. All three are fine, they take different routes.
Target market
Where you will sell. Labelling, registration and ingredient rules differ, and we quote against your destination.
Quantity
Your first order and, if you have a view, expected repeat volume. This is what moves the unit price.
Launch date
When you need finished goods in hand, so we can tell you straight away whether it is realistic.

What is your minimum order quantity?
It depends on the category and the packaging, so there is no single number we can quote honestly. Simple formats in stock packaging start low; custom moulds and specialised actives start higher. For new brands we run low-risk trial orders and small batch testing, so ask for the MOQ on your specific product and we will give you a real figure.
Can I get a sample before committing?
Yes, and we expect you to. Development takes 3 to 7 working days, then the sample ships to your address for evaluation. Adjusting texture, scent or absorption after the first sample is a normal part of the process, not a problem.
I already have a formula. Will it stay mine?
Yes. Confidentiality and formula ownership terms are agreed in writing before development begins, and we can sign an NDA before you send anything. If you commission an exclusive formula from our R&D team, exclusivity is written into the agreement.
How long from first contact to finished goods?
Around 60 days from concept to a market-ready product is a realistic planning figure. Within that: 3 to 7 working days for sample development, and 7 to 10 working days for production once you approve the sample. Packaging lead times and market registration are usually what stretch a timeline, not manufacturing.
