Market Responsibility Split Checker

A manufacturing site outside a market cannot hold that market’s regulatory duty, so the duty always lands with one of the parties in your own supply chain. Answer the questions below and the tool names the party the rules point at, with the article it comes from.

For the related manufacturing scope and project requirements, see NEXO cosmetic manufacturing.

United States: Registration Cycle

A manufacturing facility registers with FDA and renews that registration every two years. Product listing is separate: the responsible person named on the label lists each product and updates that listing annually.

Analytics Result

The biennial cycle is 24 months. Enter where you are in it.

What We Supply Either Way

Full ingredient information, product technical files, batch quality records and export documentation ship with every order. Those are the inputs your responsible person files with. The filing itself stays with the party the regulation names.
